Understanding people. Creating positive change.
As a behavioural science consultant with over a decade of experience, I help organisations promote sustainable and healthy behaviours through evidence-based behavioural science.
Here to help!
If you're looking to understand behaviours better or encourage more sustainable ones, let's work together to make it happen.

Research
Using behavioural science methods, I uncover the motivations, barriers, and decision-making processes that shape your audience’s behaviours.

Training
Through interactive training, workshops, and tailored coaching, I help teams build behavioural expertise and turn evidence-based insights into real-world action.

Advice
I provide evidence-based guidance to help organisations apply behavioural insights to complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
Recent projects
Every project tells a different story about people, their behaviours, and the challenges they face. Whether exploring ways to reduce digital footprints, promote healthier and more sustainable behaviours, or strengthen connections between generations, I use behavioural science to uncover insights and design solutions that help individuals and communities achieve positive change.
Julia Terlet, PhD
I first got into behavioural science during my PhD at Cardiff University, and I was hooked from the start. My early research focused on using behavioural techniques to reduce water consumption, and it quickly became clear to me that I wanted to apply these insights to challenges that benefit both humans and the environment.
Keen to keep working in this space, I deepened my expertise in Sustainable Development and started my career as a consultant, collaborating with organisations like Welsh Water and Refill Cardiff.
Since then, I’ve been helping companies put behavioural science into action, working on real-world projects with companies like Behaven. I also regularly collaborate with universities, such as University College London. I strongly believe that behavioural science is a key tool in addressing today’s environmental and social challenges.
I’m always happy to help organisations integrate behavioural insights into their work - whether through research to uncover barriers to change or through training sessions for individuals and teams looking to learn more about behavioural science.
